Cancellation Policy

At Skinvestment, we value your time and aim to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure fairness and availability, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

1. Notice Period

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to amend or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client who may be waiting for treatment.

2. How to Cancel or Amend Your Appointment

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by:

Amending your appointment via the appointment confirmation email: Simply follow the instructions provided in the email to make changes to your booking.

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

If you provide less than 48 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment:

Deposits will be forfeited: Any deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained by the clinic.
Full amounts may be charged: If your treatment required full payment in advance, this amount will be non-refundable.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will consider these on a case-by-case basis. However, as a general rule, late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit or full payment.

4. Why This Policy Is Important

Our cancellation policy is in place to respect the time of our practitioners and other clients. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations can prevent other clients from receiving the care they need and can result in lost time and revenue for the clinic.

5. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide 48 hours’ notice, we will happily accommodate your request without any penalty. Please use the same methods outlined above to reschedule.
